Instrumedley (tunnettu myös nimellä ”Dance of Instrumentals”) on progressiivista metallia soittavan Dream Theaterin instrumentaalikappale, jota on esitetty ainoastaan konserttien aikana. Sana Instrumedley muodostuu englannin kielen sanoista instrumental (suomeksi instrumentaali) sekä medley (suomeksi laulusarja).
Instrumedley sisältää Dream Theaterin sekä Liquid Tension Experimentin tekemiä klassikkokappaleita, kuten ”Metropolis Pt. 1: The Miracle and the Sleeper” ja ”Paradigm Shift”. Instrumedleyn runkona on käytetty The Dance of Eternity -kappaletta levyltä Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory, ja siihen on lisätty suosittuja sekä tunnistettavia osioita eri kappaleista, jotka sitovat Instrumedleyn yhdeksi kokonaisuudeksi.
Instrumedley esitettiin ensimmäisen kerran 10. elokuuta vuonna 2002 Greek Theater -konserttisalissa Los Angelesissa World Tourbulence -kiertueen toisen Pohjois-Amerikan osion aikana.[1]
