Heikki "HC" Kaksonen (born October 4, 1980, in Kouvola, Tornionmäki) is a Finnish musician and songwriter. His music genres are punk and rock. He has been a member or otherwise associated with at least the following bands: The Heartburns (guitar), Runkku-Radio (guitar, vocals), The Fuckmes (vocals), Haku Päällä (guitar, vocals), and Kivesveto Go-Go (temporary bassist).

HC was born in 1980 in Kouvola and grew up in the same neighborhood as Teemu Bergman (Pää Kii, The Heartburns). HC himself has mentioned learning to play from Teemu, who is a couple of years older, and from these times the band Runkku-Radio remains as a memory.
Outside of music, HC Kaksonen has three daughters, the younger two being twins.
